The Executive Board of AIDA will award ten grants for young researchers, each amounting to €300, for covering some of the expenses of attending AIDA 16, which will be held at the University of Catania, Italy, on 23-26 June 2026.
Candidates can only apply for a grant after receiving the acceptance notification for their abstracts from the Organizing Committee of AIDA 16.

The grant request will be addressed to the General Secretary of AIDA, Bettina Leitner, bettina.leitner@univie.ac.at using the Application Form.

Deadline for submitting the application: 28 February 2026.

Applicants will be informed whether they will receive a grant before 31 March 2026.

The grants will be paid out in cash during the conference by AIDA’s treasurer, Simone Bettega.
